CY O’Connor Beach Modules

Pelagic Group's 𝙅𝙈𝘾 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙥 (𝙅𝙈𝘾) was recently engaged by Subcon on behalf of the City of Cockburn to deploy 135 three-tonne wave attenuating fringing modules at CY O’Connor Beach to help address over 50 metres of shoreline erosion.

Subcon’s specially designed worldfirst Bombara modules were made with environmentally-friendly concrete and will simultaneously create marine habitat. In addition to installation, we also loaded and transported the heavy modules while minimising our environmental impact.
